Trying to conceive, preparing for IVF, or struggling with hormonal symptoms can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re receiving conflicting advice or aren’t sure what actually matters.

I offer a clarity-first approach to fertility and hormonal health, combining Acupuncture, personalised treatment planning, and diagnostic insight to support your body and guide informed decisions. My work goes beyond symptom management — I help you understand why things may not be working as expected and what to focus on next.

I’m a licensed Acupuncturist with a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a Diploma in Fertility Coaching, and trained as a Phlebotomist, allowing me to support clients using a mixture Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western science and modern diagnostic tools.

I regularly work alongside Western medical practitioners and fertility clinics to ensure care is safe, evidence-informed, and aligned — particularly for those undergoing IVF or other assisted fertility treatments.

In addition to Acupuncture, I offer access to a range of functional and fertility-related diagnostic tests, including blood tests and microbiome assessments. These are used thoughtfully — not routinely — to help build a clearer picture of your health and guide treatment decisions where appropriate.

I have a special interest in fertility — both natural conception and IVF — as well as hormonal health. When clients come to me feeling stuck, confused, or unsure where to turn next, my role is to provide structure, insight, and steady support throughout their journey.
