TRADITIONAL ACUPUNCTURE

This is the insertion of small needles into specific Acupuncture points on the body in order to unblock or encourage the bodies own energy to aid in self-healing. The needles are tiny and I use needles with a 'guide tube' which allows me to apply a light pressure to the target area; causing needle insertion to be virtually pain free!

Acupuncture can be used for a wide variety of heath issues, relaxation or prevention.

Initial Consultation - £55:

This appointment includes a full medical assessment, Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis, plus an initial treatment.

Follow-up Treatments - £44

COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE

Having completed my training with Facial Enhance UK, this is an anti-aging, non-surgical face-lift and skin revitalising treatment! This treatment takes up to 2 hours where a tailor made plan for your needs will be used. Small needles will be placed into Acupuncture points and muscles on the face, as well as on the arms and legs. Whether it be due to age, stress, overwork or just a little too much sun, this treatment not only reduces and prevents these signs of aging, but also works on the root cause. This is an extremely therapeutic treatment which leaves your skin and mind feeling great after just one treatment.

Cosmetic Acupuncture Program - £450:

8 treatments of Cosmetic Acupuncture Program which gives you 1 or 2 treatments per week (subject to availability). Program must be paid for in full and appointments booked in advance.

Cosmetic Acupuncture Maintenance - £60:

Maintenance treatments for those who have completed the Cosmetic Acupuncture Program. Frequency of this will be discussed at the end of the Cosmetic Acupuncture Program.

ACU-MASSAGE

Enjoy my signature relaxing Acu-Massage to help reduce tension and stress within the body. My personal Acu-Massage treatment uses a combination of Swedish massage, Chinese massage, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Moxibustion and Cupping in order to relax your mind and muscles. The Acu-Massage treatment is also a great way to reduce any knots you are holding in you muscles and can also give other benefits as well, including:

You have heard of the phrase 'you are what you eat' right? Well this couldn't be more true! Did you know that what you eat can affect certain medical conditions or symptoms? Everyone is different, so it is my job to take the answers that you give me, and tell you what foods best suit your body and your needs.
Receive a fully personalised diet which will fit your individual needs. This diet plan is for health conditions and NOT a weight loss diet!
I also recommend renewing this every 2-3 months or if symptoms change, as your dietary needs may change.

Appetite Control Acupuncture

Looking to aid your weight loss and help with your appetite control? Acupuncture is a fully natural and science backed way of helping you with your weight loss journey.

This treatment consists of 2 appointments (more may be needed- normally a month or 2 after) 1 week apart. Fine Acupuncture needles are placed in your ears and body to give you a relaxing treatment to help aid weight loss. Ear Acupressure seeds are also placed in your ears to wear between treatments.
